Saying the notoriety of the Ford F-150 precedes the truck is simply an understatement. The tough and rugged truck has been the spearhead for Ford as a brand and has continued to spark the way of modern trucks. The F-150 is known as “the truck that never stops working,” and the best-in-class optional towing capacity builds on that identity. Drivers could also add loads of features to the 2021 Ford F-150, such as the optional Interior Work Surface, Max Recline Seats, and a 12-inch Digital Productivity Screen to display essential details whenever you’re behind the wheel.

The Ford F-150 has a gasoline tank size of 23 gallons, the Regular Cab and SuperCab versions. There are some optional tank sizes that go with the other trims of the 2021 F-150, which is dependent on what the owner prefers. The 23 gallons of fuel might be standard for the Regular Cab and SuperCab trim levels, but the SuperCrew® trim levels use a 26-gallon tank size to fuel the Ford F-150.
The Ford F-150 has more than 550 miles of driving range on a single tank of gas in the standard model of the F-150. Though that range of miles is the standard output, the long list of Ford F-150 models means the range will fluctuate based on the engine and drivetrain that’s selected. The base 3.3L V6 engine returns up to 20mpg city and 24 highway miles per gallon, and the optional, more powerful 5.0L V8 returns up to 17 city MPG and 24 highway miles per gallon.
The 2021 F-150 has a 3.3L V6 engine that produces 290 horsepower, certainly an outstanding result. Like the amenities listed above, the engines and capabilities change with the model selected. An optional 2.7-liter EcoBoost® V6 engine makes 325hp and some enhanced results in fuel economy. The available 3.5-liter EcoBoost® V6 produces 400 horsepower, and the larger 5.0L Ti-VCT V8 produces 400 horsepower. No matter which engine you select, an incredibly durable ride follows. The F-150 is leading the charge for combining durable performance and power, breaking the idea of what trucks can be.
